At Cosmoprof in Bologna, we built a space for Dima Cosmetics that didn’t ask for permission.
It came at you.
The air was thick with fragrance, images stared back as if they knew something about you, and the sounds — never too loud — led you exactly where they wanted.
Nothing was accidental. Every detail was there for a reason. And it worked.
Screens that breathed atmosphere, surfaces that responded to touch, aromas that hit your gut before they reached your head.
A pick-and-place mechanism guided you without explaining anything. It didn’t need to. You understood.
It wasn’t a stand.
It was an encounter.
People stepped in, slowed down, stayed.
And when they left, they didn’t take away just a memory: they carried Dima with them.
Because when an experience is done right, you don’t look at it.
You live it.
