Trelleborg Tires – A Grand and Spectacular Event to Tell a Story of Innovation, Strength, and Vision

Trelleborg Tires, a company of the Yokohama group, entrusted Studeo group with the creation of an extraordinary event at its headquarters in Tivoli, designed to launch and present to the press a new product with extremely innovative features.

The event, which brought together over 100 international customers and stakeholders over the course of several days, extended far beyond the company’s premises. In the days leading up to the event at the headquarters, guests were treated to an exclusive experience exploring Rome, including guided tours and enchanting dinners overlooking the Imperial Forums. Studeo group managed every detail of this part of the program—from hospitality and logistics to transfers—thanks in part to the invaluable collaboration of Alice Ravarelli and the local support of Attilio Quaranta, who helped us select the most iconic locations in the Eternal City.

The heart of the event took place at Trelleborg’s headquarters in Tivoli, where Studeo organized an unforgettable day. In the beautiful park surrounding the company, a catering area and a field test track for the tires were set up, while the Conference Center—specially prepared for the occasion—hosted a spectacular 360° immersive presentation led by the marketing director and simultaneously translated for guests into six languages via a digital system.

A dynamic flow of animated videos, 3D graphics, and product content immersed guests in a multisensory and engaging storytelling experience, amplified by sound and lighting. The projected walls interacted with the tires on display, revealing their features and strengths.

The climax of the event was a breathtaking performance by two Cirque du Soleil artists: the curtain—designed to surprise the audience—fell dramatically from a high wall, revealing an astonishing acrobatic display. Through their bodies and a hand-to-hand balancing act, the performers told a story of strength, control, precision, and resilience, embodying the brand’s values.

Studeo group transformed the event into a fully immersive experience, combining technology and creativity, emotion and ingenuity, to showcase Trelleborg’s products and market positioning to the fullest. A visual and narrative journey that translated technical content into a universal, visually compelling, and impactful language—one that transcended every cultural barrier.
